Sarah Proulx, RPA-C, RN

Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse

Sarah is an NCCPA nationally board-certified and state licensed Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. After earning her B.S. in Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her Nursing degree from Sister’s School of Nursing in Buffalo, N.Y., she completed the Physician Assistant Program at D’Youville College, also in Buffalo, N.Y.

Sarah is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) and the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). She is extensively trained in a wide variety of non-ablative aesthetic procedures such as IPL (light based) and FRAX, as well as ablative Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing.

Sarah is an advanced injector with a vast experience using neuromodulators such as BOTOX Cosmetic and Dysport® as well as injectable fillers including Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Sculptra® Aesthetic.  Sarah uses an advanced dermal filler injection technique, which reduces pain, swelling and bruising.  She is committed to patient comfort, satisfaction, and produces exceptionally beautiful and natural results. 

Alison Mailloux, RPA-C

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Alison grew up on the seacoast then studied Biology and Nutritional and Food Sciences at the University of Vermont. She then worked as a Licensed Nursing Assistant at a long term care facility while applying to Physician Assistant programs. She attended the Marist College Physician Assistant program and graduated in May 2018. In July 2018 she completed her national board certification prior to joining the AW team. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, and reading. 

Rossli Delorey

APRN FNP-C

Rossli graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2010 with a BS in graphic design. Life experiences quickly led her to the field of healthcare which she pursued at UNH and graduated from the Direct Entry Master’s in Nursing program in 2012. 3 years later she discovered her passion in aesthetic nursing and started her own beauty business with a fellow RN. Rossli completed training with the National Laser Institute for cosmetic lasers and injectables in November of 2015. With a hunger for more knowledge, she returned to UNH and completed her Nurse Practitioner certificate in May of 2018. She became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner in July of 2018. She looks forward to utilizing her education of the lifespan in her career here at AW Plastic Surgery.

Rossli believes in a less-is-more approach to aesthetic medicine: aging gracefully is a journey and can be tastefully supported with modern technology. As an injector, she knows her duty to understand the emotional needs of her patients as well as their cosmetic desires. Finding a balance is the key to patient happiness and positive outcomes – the foundation of her practice.

Tracy Thaden

Clinical Aesthetician, Medical Assistant

Tracy has been working in the plastic and reconstructive surgery field for over 20 years.

She is a veteran skin care specialist, licensed aesthetician, and registered medical assistant.

Tracy is here to assist patients with all skin care needs, from peels and treatments in the office to in-home skin care product needs. She is passionate about helping people change the way they think about and care for their skin. Tracy’s skincare philosophy and treatments are effective and results driven, yet she aims to provide a calming and relaxing experience. Tracy specializes in pre- and post-operative care, acne treatments, aging treatments, rosacea treatments and hyperpigmentation management.

Tracy is a member of the “Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists” (SPSSCS), where she graciously served on the Board of Directors. She also participates in the Phoenix Society’s “World Burn Congress” yearly meeting as a member of the “Image Enhancement Team” assisting burn survivors in their personal healing process with creative make-up techniques.

Her knowledge of plastic and reconstructive surgery makes her the perfect patient liaison. Tracy’s warm and friendly demeanor allows patients to feel at ease in her company. Holley Kazakis, RN, BSN

Registered Nurse, Aesthetician

Holley graduated from Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics in 1997 and has been a licensed aesthetician for over 20 years working in a variety of spa and medical environments. Her passion in the field of medical aesthetics and desire to perform more advanced modalities motivated her to return to school earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2014.

Holley has advance training and experience in performing laser and IPL photo rejuvenation and hair removal, microneedling, dermaplaning, medical grade chemical exfoliation treatments, and neurotoxin injections. Her true passion and desire is to help patients look and feel their best by combining the right skincare products and aesthetic treatments based on their individual needs.

Emily Wilson

Business Manager

Emily is the Business Manager of AW Plastic Surgery. Emily received her undergraduate degree at Harvard University. Upon graduating, she spent 13 years in finance, first as a fixed income trader at Morgan Stanley in New York and most recently as a Managing Director and partner at R.W. Pressprich. Emily is a native of Exeter, New Hampshire and moved back to the Seacoast area to be close to family and friends. At AW Plastic Surgery Emily is dedicated to providing efficient patient care and a personalized experience.

Jacqueline

Clinical Coordinator

Jacqueline is the Clinical Coordinator and Scheduler at AW Plastic Surgery. Jacqueline grew up on the Seacoast and received her Bachelor’s degree from Keene State College in Occupational Health and Safety. After graduating, she worked in the insurance industry for 7 years; first handling Workers’ Compensation Claims then surveying businesses throughout NH and VT. In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog on hikes, paddleboarding, reading and traveling.

Jodie

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Jodie brings over 7 years of combined experience in healthcare and cosmetics. She discovered her passion for the beauty industry while working as a Beauty Advisor for Lancôme. Her experience providing personalized beauty solutions helped develop a love of helping others feel and look their best. Jodie’s interest in healthcare was sparked from her time as a Patient Liaison for HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, MA.

In early 2016 Jodie relocated from MA to the NH Seacoast. It was here she began working with Dr. Wilson and found a place that combined her love of beauty and cosmetics with her passion for helping others. For most patients Jodie is the first point of contact, and she is committed to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. She is quick to answer questions, share her own experiences, and offer any support she can through every step of the patient experience.

Alyssa

Surgical Tech

Alyssa is the Surgical Tech for AW Plastic Surgery. Alyssa has extensive knowledge and training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Prior to her position at AW Plastic Surgery, Alyssa worked as a Surgical Technologist alongside Dr. Wilson. Aside from that she is also a CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) and an American Heart Association CPR instructor. When she’s not at work she’s spending time with her family or making creative crafts.
