What is a Glace Facial Treatment?
The Glace™ facial is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that can help you achieve “glass skin.” By combining diamond-tip hydrodermabrasion, dual-mode cupping, and LED light therapy to cleanse, hydrate, and exfoliate the skin, the facial can give you the smoother, flawless skin you desire without any downtime. The whole process can take up to 60 minutes.
It can address everything from lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone and texture, congested pores, dehydrated skin, and dullness. It can also be applied to various areas, including the face, neck, and chest.
Why Choose a Glace Facial Treatment?
Choosing Glace facial treatment means choosing a versatile treatment that can help you address a variety of skin concerns and have the beautiful skin you deserve. It works on all skin tones and skin types, including sensitive skin and acne-prone skin. Depending on your unique needs, we will customize your treatment for you.
It’s also the perfect treatment option for those struggling with dry, flaky skin, wanting to address early signs of aging, and/or preferring a non-invasive approach to advanced skincare.
Preparing for a Glace Facial Treatment
Before your Glace treatment appointment, you’ll want to pause harsh exfoliants you use 3-5 days ahead of time. You’ll also need to avoid excess sun exposure.
On the day of treatment, arrive with a clean face that is free of makeup, powders, or perfumes. We also recommend you stay well-hydrated and let your provider know if you’ve had any recent injectable treatments. We typically recommend avoiding injectable treatments for at least two weeks prior to your Glace facial.
What to Expect During Your Glace Facial Treatment
To start your treatment, we will gently cleanse and exfoliate the skin using the single-use diamond hydrodermabrasion tips that are tailored to your skin type. Simultaneously, the skin will be infused with tailored serums. Your provider will then use the dual-mode cupping massage device to perform lymphatic drainage on the skin. This decreases puffiness and gives your face a more sculpted appearance. Finally, we’ll finish your treatment with LED light treatment and a hydrating mask to calm irritation, boost radiance, and build up the skin’s natural barrier.
In total, the treatment takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. And with no pain or downtime, you can return to your normal activities immediately.
Glace Treatment Recovery and Aftercare
After your Glace Facial treatment, you may notice some slight redness, but that’s about it. Any side effects will fade within a few hours to a couple of days. As for results, you will see improvements immediately. To maintain your results, you’ll want to moisturize, stay hydrated, use SPF regularly, and avoid intense exercise for 24-48 hours.
Your results will last around a month, and repeated treatments are necessary to keep up your beautiful skin.
