Meet The Team

Jaime started with AW Plastic Surgery in July of 2023 bringing along 15 years experience in the aesthetics and medical spa field.  She has worked with plastic surgery and dermatology practices as well as medical spas nationwide as a Business Development Manager.  This experience allows her to assist Dr. Wilson and staff to continue to build the already successful practice here in Portsmouth.  Jaime and her son Xavier live in the Seacoast area where they enjoy the beach and the mountains as well as traveling.

Rossli graduated from the Direct Entry Master’s in Nursing program at UNH in 2012 followed by the completion of her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate and board certification in May of 2018. Rossli has worked with injectables and lasers since 2016 and has honed her skills here at AW Plastic Surgery since 2019. She has also completed training as a First Assist in the operating room which continues to provide her the exposure needed to build upon her knowledge of anatomy. Rossli believes in a less-is-more approach to aesthetic medicine: aging gracefully is a journey and can be tastefully supported with modern technology. She strives for patient satisfaction in all areas of her practice.

Alison grew up on the seacoast then studied Biology and Nutritional and Food Sciences at the University of Vermont. She attended the Marist College Physician Assistant program and graduated in May 2018. In July 2018 she completed her national board certification prior to joining the AW team. In her free time she enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, and reading. 

I have been a nurse for 13 years and worked in labor and delivery for the first 10 years. I have been a Nurse Practitioner and working at AW Plastic Surgery since 2021. I really enjoy getting to know my patients and love educating my patients to help them choose the best path of treatment for them! I live in Dover, NH with my husband, my 5 month old, and two dogs. We love walking downtown for coffee or a quick bite at the moose! If you see us, you are welcome to say hi! Fun fact about me: I was a competitive figure skater growing up!

Hannah graduated from the University of Vermont in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Movement Science, She began her professional career in Exercise Science working in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Employee Wellness in northern NH. In less than two years, she became the department coordinator. At the peak of her career in Exercise Science, she ultimately decided to pursue a bachelorette degree in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with the intent of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Upon graduation, she began her first nursing job at Portsmouth Regional Hospital where she met and began working with Dr. Anthony Wilson. After two years of working as a Registered Nurse, she began the Master’s of Science in Nursing program at Rivier University. Hannah graduated from Rivier University in December, 2023 and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in January, 2024. She has always had a passion for making patients look and feel their best and became interested in plastic surgery when she began working as a Registered Nurse in 2017. When Hannah isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, cycling and is passionate about fitness. Hannah is most looking forward to working with patients to achieve their aesthetic goals in order to become the best version of themselves.

Michelle graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2010. She began her nursing career at Penn Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, gaining a depth of knowledge in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. She went on to further her expertise in facial aesthetics and anatomy in Dermatology Mohs Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Michelle has been a team member of AW Plastic Surgery since 2020, focusing on laser and injectables. Michelle believes aesthetics is meant to be natural,  enhancing and balancing each individual’s beauty. 

Jacqueline has been with AW Plastic Surgery for the last 5 years and has worked in a number of capacities, with her most recent position as Office Manager. Jacqueline grew up on the Seacoast and received her Bachelor’s degree from Keene State College in Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to AW Surgery, she worked in the insurance industry for seven years. Jacqueline now lives in the Lakes Region with her husband, son, and two dogs where they enjoy spending time outdoors and with family.  

Taylor grew up in Connecticut but decided to move to Maine to be closer to family. She enjoys the slower, more laid back lifestyle that Maine has to offer. Taylor went to school for esthetics and loves using her knowledge to help patients with all their skin care needs. She is a homebody at heart and you can usually find her curled up with a book and her 2 cats and dog. Although she loves to be home she always makes sure to prioritize seeing the world and traveling with her husband.

Kelsey grew up in southern Maine and later attended Southern Maine Community College where she studied health sciences. Kelsey has worked in healthcare for the last 9 years, including homecare, women’s health and home infusion. Her interest in aesthetics drew her to AW Plastic Surgery where she serves as our surgical coordinator. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her 2 cats. 

Tracy has worked in the cosmetic, plastic surgery field for over 25 years. She is a veteran skin care specialist, licensed aesthetician, and registered medical assistant.

Tracy is here to assist patients with all skin care needs, from peels and treatments in the office to in-home skin care product needs. She is passionate about helping people change the way they think about and care for their skin. Tracy’s skincare philosophy and treatments are effective and results driven, yet she aims to provide a calming and relaxing experience. Tracy specializes in pre- and post-operative skin care, acne treatments, aging treatments, rosacea treatments and hyperpigmentation management.

Her knowledge of plastic and reconstructive surgery makes her the perfect patient liaison. Tracy’s warm and friendly demeanor allows patients to feel at ease in her company. I have been a Licensed Aesthetician for 9 years. I have worked in all areas of the esthetics industry, but medical aesthetics is where I am meant to be! I fell in love with medical grade skincare and treatments while healing my own skin from years of acne as a teen. Creating skincare treatment plans with patients is one of my favorite things to do. I want my patients to leave my appointments feeling like they have learned something new and have a plan to treat their skin. I live in Dover, NH with my husband and my dog. We are often found at the beach in the summer or visiting with friends in Downtown Portsmouth. Other facts about me: I was a ballet dancer for 15 years and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology!

Michelle has worked in the medical aesthetics industry for over 8 years. While studying health sciences, her focus became fine tuned towards the aesthetics field, and never looked back. With art being one of her biggest passions, her career evolved into capturing procedures, and editing/ creating digital content for both social media and websites. Michelle is from a small coastal town just north of Boston. She fell in love with Portsmouth while taking a weekend drive and moved here shortly after. Michelle enjoys saltwater fishing, camping, hiking, and sketching, on her free time.

Tabitha is an experienced certified clinical medical assistant. She obtained her education through Great Bay Community College. Tabitha has grown up on the Seacoast and loves it here, enjoying everything it has to offer. She is part of a big loving family, and loves to spend time with her two rescue dogs. Seeing people feel good about themselves is important to her. When she joined the AW Plastics family, she knew she was in the right place!
