If you are seeking treatment for a surgical procedure or a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Anthony Wilson, we will collect a $250 consultation fee at the time of booking your consultation. This fee covers the cost of the time and advice that you receive from the surgeon and is applied towards the procedure that is booked, so long as it is booked within 6 months of your consultation. The $250 fee is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your consultation should you need to cancel or reschedule. At the end of your consultation, our surgical coordinator will discuss surgical fees and payment options available to you.
If you decide to book surgery with us, a deposit of $500 is required to reserve a surgery date, this deposit does go toward the cost of your surgery. We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your surgery. However, AW Plastic Surgery does incur costs associated with scheduling your surgery; therefore the $500 deposit is only refundable up to 30 or 60 days prior to surgery depending on the surgery booked.

Final surgical payment will be due at your scheduled pre-operative visit or no later than two weeks before your scheduled surgery date. Should you be having surgery at the hospital, your payments will be broken down into three separate payments; AW Plastic Surgery, the Anesthesiologist, and Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Surgeries canceled within two weeks of your surgical date will only be eligible for a 50% refund of Dr. Wilson’s surgical fees.
